Case Western Reserve University

CWRU is a private research university in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 1826 as Western Reserve College, CWRU is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the United States. CWRU is ranked #44 in the U.S. News & World Report's 2022-2023 edition of Best Colleges and is known for its strong academics, vibrant campus life, and commitment to research.

Case Western offers over 500 undergraduate and graduate degree programs and is known for its strong engineering, medical, and business programs. Case Western Reserve University is also home to the world's first free-net computer system, and is a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence.

CWRU is also a member of the Big Ten Conference, and its athletic teams are known as the Spartans.
