Molecular Plant Sciences

The Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Plant Sciences at Washington State University is a highly interdisciplinary program that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the molecular aspects of plant sciences. Through courses and research projects, students will gain an in-depth understanding of cellular and subcellular physiology, biochemistry, photorespiration, phytochemistry, metabolism, plant pathogen interactions, hormonal regulation of growth, crop production physiology, and physiological ecology.
