University of La Verne
A private university in California. Founded in 1891, it is ranked #151 in the U.S. News & World Report's 2022-2023 edition of Best Colleges and is an attractive study destination for international students.
La Verne offers over 50 undergraduate and graduate degree programs and is known for its strong liberal arts, business, and education programs. It is also home to the Center for Global & Public Affairs, which promotes the study of global issues and public policy.
The University of La Verne campus is located in the San Gabriel Valley, about 30 miles east of Los Angeles. The campus is home to a variety of cultural attractions, including the La Verne Art Museum, and the La Verne Theatre Guild. La Verne is also a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), and its athletic teams are known as the Leopards.
