Eckerd College is a private liberal arts college in St. Petersburg, Florida. Founded in 1958, Eckerd is ranked #130 in the U.S. News & World Report's 2022-2023 edition of Best Colleges.

Eckerd offers over 40 undergraduate majors and minors, and is known for its strong environmental studies, marine science, and international studies programs. Eckerd is also home to the Semester at Sea program, which allows students to study abroad for a semester.

Eckerd's campus is located on a beautiful waterfront campus on Florida's Gulf Coast. The campus is home to a variety of cultural attractions, including the Eckerd College Planetarium, the Eckerd College Museum of Art, and the Eckerd College Waterfront. Eckerd is also a member of the Sunshine State Conference, and its athletic teams are known as the Tritons.
